Processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use
a) Data collection when visiting our website https://ppm-raum.com
When you use our website for information purposes only and when you access our website https://ppm-raum.com , the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website’s server, so that we only collect data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. This information/data is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. For purely informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to provide any personal data.
The following information/data required to display our website is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
• date and time of access,
• name and URL of the retrieved file,
• website from which access is made (referrer URL),
• browser used and, if applicable, your computer’s operating system and the name of your access provider,
• IP address used (if applicable: in anonymised form)
• a device identifier
We process the above data for the following purposes:
• ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
• ensuring convenient use of our website,
• evaluating system security and stability, and
• other administrative purposes.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interest in the purposes of data collection listed above and in improving the stability and functionality of our website. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about you personally. The data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively should there be concrete indications of unlawful use.
In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. Further details can be found in sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

Further information we collect: first name, surname, phone number, your message. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration.

• to support the use of our services and remote support tools
If you contact us with a view to concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed; this is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved and provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. Furthermore, we will delete or anonymise all data 3 months after the contractual purpose no longer applies. However, we may have to continue storing your data until the expiry of the retention obligations and periods laid down by the legislator or supervisory authorities, which may arise, for example, from the German Fiscal Code (usually 10 years).
No fully automated decision-making (including profiling) pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR is used to process the data you provide.
c) Registration of a user account
If you register a user account to use our project communication platform, we process the following data: gender, first name, surname, email address, company name, office abbreviation, street (optional), house number (optional), postcode (optional), city (optional), phone number (optional).

Processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of the usage relationship relating to the user account. A user account cannot be opened without this mandatory data.
Disclosure of data
Under no circumstances will the data you provide be transferred to a third country or an international organisation. Should you, in individual cases, wish the data you provide to be transferred to a third country or an international organisation, we will only do so with your written consent and release from professional confidentiality.

Duration of processing
The duration of the processing of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial, tax and professional law).
Expected periods of our retention obligations and our legitimate interests: ·

During your visit to our website, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed key or padlock symbol in your browser’s status bar.
In addition, we use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties.
